The Opportunity:

With constant changes to priorities, processes, systems and decisions, the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team needed to stay grounded to continue delivering on their main responsibility to collect revenue.

What I did:

  • Partnered with the VP of RCM to categorize and prioritize the types of work that her team is driving.

  • Created, designed and populated the Asana Board with initiatives led by the RCM team.

  • Provided Asana training to RCM managers so they can be assigned to the initiatives that they own and provide weekly status updates.

  • Scheduled a weekly team meeting to talk through all initiatives to align on priorities and next steps.

My Impact:

  • Reduced duplicative slack conversations due to accessible and clear tracking of statuses and decisions on the Asana Board.

  • Increased alignment within the Revenue Cycle Management team on project priorities, accountability and timeline.

  • Drove progress due to clear ownership and next steps.
